Carnaby Street’s Newest Shop Is Sure To Be A Hit

Carnaby Street of Soho has become commonly associated with influences from the likes of Paul McCartney, The Jam and Jimi Hendrix. It comes to no surprise that British rock music legends, The Rolling Stones will be opening up their first shop on September 9th, appropriately named “RS No.9 Carnaby”- after its’ location, 9 Carnaby Street. The shop will be themed almost entirely black with hints of the band’s iconic “Tongue and Lip” logo scattered around the shop.

RS No.9 Carnaby will be home to an extensive range of The Rolling Stones collectables along with uniquely designed Baccarat glassware, scarves, the classic band tees that have lasted the test of time and a new line of menswear collection which include raincoat designs in collaboration with Stutterheim, a Swedish brand.

Mat Vlasic, CEO of Bravado (Universal Music Group’s Merchandise and Brand Management Company) said that RS No.9 Carnaby is the product of tedious planning and decades of establishing one of the world’s most distinguished brands. This shop will provide life long and new fans an outlet for authentic experiences of one of the world’s most revered rock bands. The band had praised the reputation of Soho, saying that Carnaby Street would be the most fitting location for their flagship shop to create an experience that would be unmatched on the market.
