Yes, Maisie Williams is not her real name, its Margaret Constance. She prefers to go by Maisie as a tribute to her favourite character from a British comic-strip named “The Perishers”.
2. Learning it Arya’s way:
Maisie is actually right handed. Since the character she plays (Arya) is left-handed, she had to train herself to become dexterous enough to make it seem like she is left-handed on-screen.
3. Reading George R.R. Martin’s work:
Game of Thrones is an adaptation of the “A Song of Ice and Fire” fantasy series by George R.R. Martin. It is a series consisting of seven books, none of which Masie Williams has ever read.
4. Dating:
Maisie has been dating Ollie Jackson. The two met in school and have been dating since 2015.
5. A soft heart:
She has been vocal about her disinterest for the graphic content we get to see on the show. In fact, Maisie is not a fan of it at all.
6. Animal Lover:
Maisie is a humanitarian and a huge animal lover. She has been trying to stand up for animal rights for some time now.
