GEEKY Social Launches GEEKY AIQ as AI Reshapes Brand Discovery

As artificial intelligence becomes part of how consumers search, compare and choose, brands are beginning to face a new visibility challenge: how are they being represented when the answer comes from AI?

GEEKY Social, a pioneering Bangladesh-based digital-first advertising agency built for the connected world, has launched GEEKY AIQ, an AI Brand Monitoring platform designed to help brand managers understand how their brands are being seen, mentioned and recommended across leading AI platforms.

The shift is already becoming visible in consumer behaviour. McKinsey’s March 2026 consumer research in Europe found that 38% of respondents used AI tools to research products and services or help decide what to purchase. Adobe’s 2026 Consumer Survey found that 24.9% of consumers cited AI-powered platforms such as ChatGPT, Google Gemini and Microsoft Copilot among the sources they use most often to search for information, make purchase decisions or find recommendations, ahead of company and brand websites at 21.0%.

For brands, this means discovery can increasingly happen before a customer ever reaches a website, social media page or showroom. An AI assistant can summarize a company, compare it with competitors and recommend one option over another within a single conversation.

GEEKY AIQ is built around that emerging reality. The AI Search Visibility platform allows marketing teams to monitor whether their brands appear in relevant AI-generated answers, how they are described, whether they are recommended and which competitors are appearing more frequently. It also tracks brand mentions, sentiment, competitive share of voice, citations and visibility across relevant prompts.

For years, marketers have used social listening to understand what people are saying about their brands. GEEKY Social believes the rise of generative AI creates a parallel question for brand teams: what is AI saying about us?

“Brand discovery is no longer happening on one or two platforms. Consumers can discover a brand through search, social media, an AI assistant or an AI-generated recommendation. For brand managers, this creates an entirely new visibility challenge,” said Mahadi Hasan Sagor, Co-founder and Managing Director of GEEKY Social.

Designed for brand managers, CMOs and marketing teams, GEEKY AIQ translates AI-search data into business-focused intelligence. A brand manager can, for example, identify that a competitor is being recommended more often for an important category question and examine where the brand’s broader digital presence may need attention.

The platform has also been designed to move beyond monitoring. Where a brand is absent from AI-generated recommendations while competitors appear, GEEKY AIQ aims to identify possible visibility gaps and turn them into actionable recommendations around areas such as website information, content, citations, third-party mentions, digital PR and brand authority.

“We built GEEKY AIQ to give marketers a simple answer to a very important question: When consumers ask AI about my category, what does AI know about my brand and does it recommend us? More importantly, the platform is designed to tell brands what they can do next,” said Md Saimum Hossain, Co-founder and Head of Business at GEEKY Social.

GEEKY Social describes this emerging layer of discovery through the idea of the “robot consumer”. The human consumer still makes the purchase decision, but AI systems can increasingly influence which brands enter the consideration set, how they are described and which ones are recommended.

Developed in Bangladesh for marketers and businesses globally, GEEKY AIQ marks GEEKY Social’s expansion into marketing technology after more than a decade of working with brands across digital marketing and discoverability. The company believes AI visibility will increasingly sit alongside search visibility, share of voice and brand sentiment as a metric brand teams need to understand.
