Summer Flow 2026 pairs bone density scans, blood sugar tests and skin analysis with yoga, ayurveda, live music and a DJ truck rolling down Hatirjheel. August 21 and 22, Gulshan Shooting Club.
DHAKA, BANGLADESH- Dhaka does not slow down. Summer Flow 2026 is not asking it to. It is asking the city to spend one weekend paying attention to itself.
On August 21 and 22, The Flow Fest returns to Gulshan Shooting Club with two days built around the Eight Pillars of Wellbeing, the framework that shapes everything the organisation does, from its Gulshan studio to its work with schools, universities and corporate teams across Bangladesh. The pillars are movement, the body as the gateway; nutrition, food as fuel and care; mindfulness, which is breath and attention and calm; rest, meaning sleep and stillness and recovery; connection, belonging chosen over isolation; gratitude, perspective under pressure; creativity, expression as release; and purpose, direction and meaning. Eight things most people in this city are quietly short of at least one of.

The festival ground is laid out in four zones, and each zone carries two pillars, so anyone who walks the whole site has touched all eight. Body holds movement and nutrition, where yoga, dance and mindful movement sit beside bone density scans, blood sugar tests, skin analysis and ayurvedic consultation-health you can actually measure, in a city that usually measures it too late. Mind holds mindfulness and rest, with breathwork, meditation, sound healing and the Recovery Corner, which is two days of permission to stop. Heart holds connection and gratitude, through the Gratitude Wall, community circles, honest support conversations and the Market, because healing happens through connection, not in isolation. Spirit holds creativity and purpose, with live music, art, poetry and the DJ truck rolling down Hatirjheel expression is not the decoration around wellness, it is part of it.

Nobody has to wait until August 21 to begin. The Flow Score is a short, free wellness quiz that scores a person across all eight pillars and shows them which one they have been neglecting. Most people are surprised by which number comes back lowest. Take the Flow Score at theflowfest.com/flow-score-quiz, and register for Summer Flow 2026 at quicket.me/events/summerflow.

Summer Flow 2026 takes place on August 21 and 22, 2026, at Gulshan Shooting Club, Dhaka. Registration is open now.
