Zarin Rashid: Feeding You Healthy

Zarin Rashid: Feeding You Healthy

Fitness Consultant, professional Golfer, and Entrepreneur Zarin Rashid sits with the Prestige to discuss her brand new brainchild – Feed me.

Feed Me is an all-day healthy kitchen, catering to all of Dhaka’s customized fitness and feel-good needs in a day.

A Little About Zarin

Working as the Head of Research and Development for TRZ Garments by day, and running her own kitchen by night, Zarin Rashid is on her way to help develop Bangladesh’s first reusable sanitary napkin, consulting Aamra active when she can and helping a non-profit organization named Footsteps make their mark in the Bangladesh Ready-Made Garment Industry.

Why Feed Me?

Leaving for Canada at the age of 18, Zarin found herself faced with a problem after learning the craft of physical well-being from fitness trainers who happened to be her friends when she couldn’t find the right food to eat.

So she devised her own meal plan, which required her to source food that she could make on a Saturday and stack up for the entire week ahead of her.

While conversing with us, Zarin stresses the fact that clean eating can make your skin glow brighter, make you live longer and feel better holistically every day.

She goes on to explain how many priorities she has been shifting in order to get “Feed Me” up and running. Zarin is present at the “Feed Me” kitchen by 6 A.M in the morning, putting in her hours at TRZ garments by afternoon, at the gym by 7:30 P.M and making a last visit at her kitchen by night.

Yes, she managed to set time aside from all of that just for us.

The philosophy behind all of this is providing people with a chance to see how good it is on the healthier side of things.

Right now, Feed Me is offering tasty treats that are good for your body and soul in 3 different packages; monthly, daily and weekly.

Her custom-made meals provide customers with detailed cards which mention how many carbohydrates, fats, and protein they are in-taking for every meal along with the total calorie count in a day.

Zarin works alongside a certified nutritionist living in Canada to ensure complete reliability.

What makes Feed Me so special is the amount of love and care that is put into each and every person’s diet plan.

The fitness enthusiast personally looks over every individual’s needs and ensures their taste buds and bodies get the utmost out of their experience at Feed me.

So, feel free to join in whether you are lactose intolerant, strapped for time or just straight-up a sweet-tooth who is not too crazy about the extra pounds.

The sweet and sour service aspires to provide people with chances of a shift in lifestyle. Feed Me plates wish to land on tables whose occupants are in desperate need for a better eating habit, but cannot seem to find the time to prepare this many meals a week.

“Feed Me is just a step towards what I want to achieve in the fitness scene of Bangladesh“ stated Founder Zarin Rashid as she was asked about her future plans. She mentioned she wants to go commercial and make it available to the whole country one day because eating well shouldn’t be a priority in a country where we can grow most of our resources. She also plans to have an app that will make subscribing easier with other options that she didn’t want to mention as she wanted to leave that as a surprise.

Happy feasting, Ladies and Gentlemen!
