Sailing through the journey since inception, Penthouse livings started its retail journey on 25th October 2019.

Since Meghna Executive Holdings is popularly known for its promising attitude towards their niche market client - they have brought BMW (executive motors ltd), Apple (Executive Machine ltd - soul distributor), KOHLER (executive lifestyle ltd), VITO (oil refinery machine - a German based brand), they showed their courage again and brought more than 20 multiple global furniture brands.

We figured out the gap, of Dhaka not having many luxurious furniture stores. We wanted people to experience the best quality furniture, and so we thought of starting the Penthouse Livings Limited .


We provide

Basically we bring products based on brand popularity and client choice or contextual popularity. Our best sellers are classic modern and contemporary. Our detailing is very unique and has a modern touch to the classic designs. We bring brands from different parts of the world, USA, Netherlands and many more. It becomes a little monotonous for people having to see similar designs most of the time. We decided to bring something unique to grab attention to our consumers. Customer comfort is our main focus. We have designs for all. People of all ages will like our designs. We bring a complete home décor solution – beds, side tables, dresser, vanity tables, a different range of chairs, both formal & family living setups, dining table, buffets, console, lighting solutions, tableware (placemats, napkins and napkin rings), dinnerware and rugs. And many more to add up in future.

Delivery as per your convenience

When there are bigger orders, we take around 2 days to deliver them, since we need to pack them properly and take enough safety measures with proper logistic support. We take our team along to our client’s home and set the fittings at their places. 

Currently we have displayed over 20 brands.20 different brands from 20 different countries. Mostly from the USA, UK and one from Dubai. We have products like side table, lamp, center table rugs, bench everything. Our top stand is so far, CHRISTOPHER GUY then CARACOLE , EICHHOLTZ.

Customer satisfaction is our priority

We provide our design service. For example: we ask for the design lay out, we share the design interior presentation with our available furniture in our stores with our clients. That’s where we build trust and customer satisfaction. The design selection process is complementary. We take continuous feedback until we ensure that our clients are satisfied. 

Our Best Seller

It is Caracole.  Caracole is mostly demanded and as a brand it is larger among the 20 brands we work with.

PentHouse in the next few years

Currently, we work on 25 brands. We want to expand and work with more brands in 2021. Our premium location is also one of our main focuses that come to customer attention. Basically, we focus on visual merchandising (VM). We have seen these kinds of shops in   Dubai, Europe, India and more. Since we have understood our target group’s taste as well as explored other groups, we are planning to bring up more top-notch furniture and accessories brands considering the different range. Also, we work on project-based home décor solutions both residential and corporate, we would like to progress in that field, because it gives us more opportunities to receive our brands.

Our location and Interior Designer

First of all, it’s one of the happening places in Dhaka. Most of the creative firms and companies are situated near our retail point, so it’s a good opportunity for us to run our business since we are surrounded by the targeted hub.

As per the guideline our inhouse architect and construction supporting team and their architect made it happen pleasingly. Since we’re dealing with all international brands, there was a proper guideline regarding VM and interior.

Concept and design

Main idea is to give our clients a feeling of global shop which most of them experience when they experience shopping abroad. As we believe, a better VM (visual merchandising) with subtle creativity makes a retail stand-out & entices the shopper even if they are just browsing through the stores. Also, as we stated before, we follow our brand’s retailing style – which helped us conceptualize the whole design theme. At every entrance, we have maintained a brand window or brand box concept, which is a short-composed layout of our exclusive items.
